中华人民共和国年鉴简介
中华人民共和国年鉴网是忠实记录中国改革开放和建设成就及国家方针政策的唯一综合性国家年鉴网,是为落实中央关于“开展数字化、网络化建设，做好方志资源的整合、共享与开发利用”的有关精神，打造网上国史馆，推进国家史志信息化的建设的具体举措。中国年鉴网通过推出“阅后即定”等新技术，让历史能定时凝固下来，致力为每个行业、地区、单位、个人提供网上与移动历史空间，让每个行业、地区、单位以及个人都有自己的一部史记，都能在历史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔。

每年的４月２６日是世界知识产权日。２０００年１０月，世界知识产权组织成员国大会第３５届系列会议就中国和阿尔及利亚共同提出的关于建立“世界知识产权日”提案进行讨论，经审议宣布：将《建立世界知识产权组织公约》正式生效日的４月２６日定为“世界知识产权日”。设立世界知识产权日的宗旨是在全世界树立尊重知识、崇尚科学和保护知识产权的意识，营造鼓励知识创新的保护知识产权的法律环境。

１９２６年４月２６日，杰出的新闻工作者和新闻学者邵飘萍被奉系反动军阀杀害，年仅４０岁。邵飘萍１９１８年在北京创办新闻编译社和《京报》，任社长。同年，北京大学新闻学研究会成立，毛泽东等为会员，邵飘萍应聘为导师，定期讲学。１９１９年５月，积极参加“五四”运动，后流亡日本，写成《综合研究各国社会思潮》和《新俄国之研究》两书，为早期传播马克思主义做出了贡献。１９２０年回国，继任《京报》社长，１９２５年经李大钊介绍秘密加入中国共产党。１９２６年４月２４日被奉系军阀以“宣传赤化”罪名逮捕。著有《新闻学总论》《实际应用新闻学》。
